Most of my friends at school get/got their license in February and March. Then here I come, trundling along near the end in June. *long sigh* Oh, the places I could go right now.
At least I was born 3 months premature. Anyone else have/had this same feeling? At least that's 3 months more for cars to depreciate.

I didn't turn 16 until September of my Junior year :( June isn't that bad. Unless you are a Junior now.

I'm a sophomore. Another friend of mine has to wait until February of his Junior year because he skipped kindergarten. If I skipped a grade and was born on due date, I would have to wait until September of my senior year! Yet again, more time for depreciation.

I skipped a grade, so I had to wait a whole year longer than everybody else (May of junior year). On top of that my best friends were a year or two older than me anyways, so they had to drive me around for two and a half years before I could return the favor.
I'm also in a similar situation right now since I have to wait until I get back to the US in three months to get my motorcycle license/buy a motorcycle. I'm keeping myself sane by doing lots of research into bikes and reading a lot. It will pass soon enough!

I didn't get my license until I was 17 because of how the driver's ed classes worked at my high school.

I didn't have a car at all in high-school. I didn't even get my license until after graduation, and at that point everything was rapid-fire from license to driving around in my first car.
